Fire near military warehouse complex in Padjane
The fire, which started today, September 13, in the area of Padjane, around 17.00 hours, according to preliminary information, extended to a military storage facility complex Padjane near Knin.
After receipt of the notice the Fire-fighting operational centre of the National Protection and Rescue Directorate immediately sent four Canadairs and one Air Tractor on the fire site. Due to the explosions that followed, the air force withdrawn about 17.18 hours from the fire site due to security procedures.
According to preliminary information, there are no injured.
Defence Minister Davor Bozinovic established a commission to determine the circumstances regarding the explosion at a military warehouse complex near Knin composed of MOD State Secretary Mate Raboteg, as head of the Commission and members Brigadier General Drago Matanovic, Assistant Defence Inspector General, and Brigadier General Milan Knezevic, Head of Development, Equipping and Modernization Department of the Ministry of Defence.

Task Force Major General Mate Obradovic were sent to the scene.
