Training of VIP Protection Company members

The training has been carried out under the Agreement between MOD and Ministry of Interior on joint cooperation. Each group has six to eight students, and training lasts for one week. Instructors are police trainers, who prepare the members of the Company for the use of weapons in conditions that apply to ensure the VIPs. The training is on shooting at extreme close range, controlled and targeted shooting of a number of bullets, rapid response to danger signals and other techniques and tactics. Smaller training groups allow individual access to each student, which greatly increases the effectiveness of training.

“People are motivated, at exceptionally high professional level and the results are very good”, Sinisa Jasic said, instructor from the Ministry of Interior, head of the police training program. Particular attention is paid to safety. A member of the Company, Sergeant Major Damian Filipcic stressed that all participants were satisfied with the training.
