EU IMS Director General visits Croatian Armed Forces
The Director General of the EU Military Staff, Lieutenant General Wolfgang Wosolsobe is heading a delegation on a visit to the Croatian Armed Forces.
On the first day of the visit Lt. Gen. Wosolsobe met with the Chief of the General Staff, General Drago Lovrić, discussing the co-operation between the Croatian Armed Forces and the European Union.
General Wosolsobe delivered a lecture at the Croatian Military Academy “Petar Zrinski” titled “EU Military Requirements”, presenting the EU military structure, capabilities and missions and the co-operation with NATO. The lecture was attended by the Croatian Military Representative to NATO and the EU, Lieutenant General Mirko Šundov and the Director of the Croatian Military Academy, Lieutenant General Slavko Barić; there also were the students of the Command and Staff School „Blago Zadro“ and the representatives of the services of the Croatian Armed Forces and of the General Staff directorates.
