President delivers lecture on leadership for cadets of CDA
President of the Republic and SUpreme Commander of the Croatian Armed Forces Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović delivered a lecture for the cadets of the Croatian Defence Academy titled “Development of military leaders in the 21st century”.
The President of the Republic and the Supreme Commander of the Croatian Armed Forces Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović on 14 November 2019 delivered a lecture for the cadets of the Croatian Defence Academy titled “Development of Military Leaders in the 21st Century”.
The lecture was attended by the Chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces General Mirko Šundov, by the Deputy Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Drago Matanović, by the Commander of the Croatian Defence Academy Major General Mate Pađen, by the Defence and National Security Advisor to the President Zrinko Petener and by the heads of the departments of the Croatian Defence Academy.
The President addressed the challenges in the global and regional security environment and the challenges posed before leaders in the 21st century, as well as ethical dilemmas of leaders and underlined the moral values of the Croatian defenders.
The lecture was video transmitted for the cadets of the Military Maritime Studies in the Barracks ni “Fleet Admiral Sveto Letica – Barba” in Split.
