Minister Banožić attends “Tigar” Brigade decoration ceremony

The Croatian Defence Minister Mario Banožić on 28 October attended the ceremony of decorations award to the members of the Guards Brigade “Tigrovi” and of the Special Police Unit from Rakitje on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of their establishment, which was held in the Office to the President of Croatia on 28 October 2020, alongside the wartime commanders and members of the Brigade.
The decorations were presented by the President of the Republic as Supreme Commander of the Croatian Armed Forces.
“I am glad to see some of the decorated members of the Brigade still in active military service today, to whom I call upon to continue promoting the values of the Homeland War. Together, we must develop and strengthen the Croatian Armed Forces to enable them to respond to the challenges of the future on their own or jointly with the allies”.
