Donation to ANA members
At a ceremony held on Tuesday, July 17, in the Shaheen Camp near Mazar-e Sharif, members of the 7th Garrison Operational Mentor Liaison Team (OMLT G) led by Colonel Marinko Žuža handed over gifts for eighteen of the poorest members of the General Support Unit (GSU).
This is one of the units that have been mentored by the Croatian G-OMLT team. The whole campaign was organized in collaboration with Section for religious and cultural issues of the Shaheen Camp.
To help their colleagues from the Afghan National Army, members of the 7th Garrison Operational Mentor Liaison Team within the 19th HRVCON have provided gifts by their own funds. The ceremony was also attended by the GSU Commander Brigadier Nayema Mohammad and other officers and NCOs of the unit.
