Institute of Naval Medicine saved live of German citizen
At the request of the Split Clinical Hospital, Institute of Naval Medicine hospitalized today in the afternoon a seriously injured German citizen (41), who fell yesterday from a boat, for the treatment with hyperbaric oxygen.
After a basic treatment in the hyperbaric chamber, changes in the patient’s condition and further evaluation of the professional medical team, if necessary additional treatments will be done in the hyperbaric chamber to achieve quick and effective recovering of German citizen.
