General Lovrić met Allied Command Transformation Commander
Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Drago Lovrić, during his stay in the United States, visited on 27 August 2012, Allied Command Transformation (ACT) in Norfolk and met the ACT Commander General Stephane Abrial.
During the meeting they discussed the Croatian integration process into NATO and the preparation of the Integration Conference which is planned to be conducted in the second half of October in Zagreb. It is expected that this will be the last Integration Conference for Croatia.
General Lovrić thanked General Abrial on successful cooperation and support that the Croatian Armed Forces were provided by the ACT and wished the General every success in his future career and private life.
Besides the Chief of General Staff, the meeting was also attended by the Advisor of the President for Defence Zlatko Gareljić, by the Croatian Military Attaché in the U.S. Brigadier General Mate Pađen and national liaison officer in the ACT Colonel Ivica Kranjčević.
