Inaugural visit by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan
The Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Damir Krstičević on 19 March 2019 received an inaugural visit from the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Croatia H. E. Fakhraddin Gurbanov.
They affirmed the good and friendly bilateral relations and declared the interest in expanding the presently low-intensity defence co-operation, primarily in the military technical domain.
The Minister extended invitation to the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to visit the Adriatic Sea Defense and Aerospace Exhibition to be held in Split from 10 – 12 April 2019.
The Minister and the Ambassador also discussed the security situation in southeast Europe and south Caucasus.
