Exercise Scenario
The scenario is based upon an international counterinsurgency effort within the fictional country of “Freedonia.” All military exercises will be taking place within the borders of Croatia. The exercise planners have worked diligently to ensure that this scenario has no current relations to actual events anywhere in the world. The scenario was made only for the purposes of the “JACKAL STONE 09” exercise and fully supports the goals of the exercise.
