Exercise Scenario

During the exercise, military police units for counterterrorism will train the tactical and methodical procedures of military police during participation in international military missions.  The scenario is based upon international counterinsurgency efforts within the fictional country of “Dibbia.”  The exercise will be conducted according to fictional and detailed scenario that has no current relations to actual events anywhere in the world. The scenario was made only for the purposes of the “Black Bear 10” exercise and is in full support the exercise goals.
